A healthy example

Almond milk oatmeal breakfast

-150 ml almond milk
-3 full table spoons instant oatmeal
-3 big strawberries
-cinnamon 

Mix up the previously heated almond milk with oatmeal and desired berries & spices. Enjoy together with a hot revitalizing mug of green tea and lemon =)

I finally found how to use these angry birds cups, yeah!
